Notes From The Founder: Vision Turned Into Reality

Almost thirty years in the making.

Every brand reaches a moment where the outside finally catches up with what's always been on the inside. For Ultraceuticals, that moment is now.

The 2026 rebrand isn't about changing who we are. It's about expressing it more clearly. A refined identity that reflects almost three decades of clinical research, innovation and a relentless commitment to visible skin results.

To mark this next chapter, we sat down with three of the people who helped bring the rebrand to life: our Founder, Dr Geoffrey Heber, Chief Marketing Officer Jennifer Lin and Supply Chain Manager Tim Burt.

Here's what they had to say.

Dr Geoffrey Heber — Founder

When Dr Geoffrey Heber founded Ultraceuticals in the late 1990s, his vision was simple: develop skincare backed by real science and proven results.

Nearly thirty years later, that philosophy remains unchanged. What has evolved is how that philosophy is brought to life.

"Ultraceuticals has always been built on the belief that if the science is right, the results will follow. What we have done with this rebrand is make sure that belief is visible in everything—not just the formulas, but the packaging, the naming and the way we communicate. The science has never been the problem. Now the outside finally reflects what has always been true on the inside."

One product that perfectly represents that evolution is C+ Rejuvenating C Chebula Facial Serum.

One of Dr Heber's earliest innovations, its recent reformulation reflects Ultraceuticals' commitment to continually advancing our science—not because trends demand it, but because research does.

"After almost thirty years, the research hasn't slowed," he says. "If anything, it's accelerated."

Jennifer Lin — Chief Marketing Officer

For Jennifer Lin, the rebrand has always been about creating an experience that feels as considered as the science itself.

One that brings together our doctor-founded heritage, clinical credibility and contemporary design without losing what makes Ultraceuticals uniquely Ultraceuticals.

"Ultraceuticals has always been extraordinary in its science and its results. What we are doing now is making sure the world can see that. We are taking everything that has always made this brand exceptional—its clinical heritage, doctor-founded authority and commitment to results—and bringing it into its next era. The look has changed. The feel has changed. But the purpose has never wavered: to transform people's skin."

Among the changes she's most excited about is the introduction of the Eight Powerhouses. A new way of navigating the range by skin concern that makes choosing the right products simpler than ever, without compromising the science behind them.

Tim Burt — Supply Chain Manager

While the visual transformation is immediately noticeable, much of the work happened behind the scenes.

For Tim Burt and the supply chain team, the rebrand was an opportunity to rethink every detail. From materials and manufacturing to the overall consumer experience.

"The new packaging is better in every sense. It is better for the environment, better for the consumer experience and better for the next stage of the business. We have been incredibly deliberate about the materials we use, the way products are manufactured and the footprint we leave. This is packaging designed not just for now but for where Ultraceuticals is going."

The result is a harmonised packaging system that's easier to navigate, more sustainable and unmistakably Ultraceuticals.

Spend five minutes with the people behind the rebrand, and one thing becomes immediately clear.

This wasn't about reinventing Ultraceuticals. It was about bringing every part of the brand into alignment - from the formulas inside each bottle to the way they're named, designed and experienced.
