SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All prices on this website are shown in Australian dollars.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

We offer free Australia Post Standard delivery on all Australian orders. Delivery time is estimated at 3-7 working days depending on your location. We also offer paid Australia Post Express shipping at checkout for orders Australia-wide. Delivery time is estimated to be between 1 - 3 working days depending on location (regional addresses may have a longer delivery time than metro). Both Standard and Express shipping times may vary due to ongoing supply chain disruptions, for up-to-date shipping time information we recommend visiting the official Australia Post website.

CHRISTMAS LAST LODGEMENT DATES

Normal ordering procedures still apply; your order must be in before 12:00pm AEST on the suggested dates.

Please be aware of this busy period, as courier services are prone to disruption so early ordering is encouraged. Please allow for public holidays.

If you wish to place an order after Christmas Day, the first date we will be processing orders will be (Thursday 2nd of January 2025) when our head office reopens.

CHRISTMAS WAREHOUSE CLOSURES

Our Warehouse will be closed for the Christmas period from Tuesday 24th December and re-opening on Thursday 2nd of January 2025.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Standard delivery is $30 to all locations outside of Australia and New Zealand. We currently ship to most international destinations, excluding Russia, where we have local stockists. To check if we ship to your country, please contact our customer service team.

Delivery time is estimated at 8-10 working days depending on your location or visit the Australia Post website to find exact delivery times on your location here. We require a signature of receipt for your online order - for this reason, we recommend you ship to your business address if you are not at home during business hours.

We are currently not delivering to the following countries due to shipping restrictions: Belarus and Lithuania. Due to ongoing safety concerns and limited flight capacity, we’re experiencing temporary service disruptions for items sent to Israel. Please read Auspost update here.

DUTIES & TAXES

When you order products from Ultraceuticals for delivery outside Australia you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the products reach their destination. Any customs charges must be borne by you. Ultraceuticals has no control over such charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Please also be aware that when you order products from Ultraceuticals for delivery outside Australia, you are considered the importer of record. You must ensure that the products you order comply with all laws, restrictions and regulations of the country in which you are receiving them. Your privacy is important to us and our international customers should be aware that cross-border deliveries may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.

Please note our Australian online store does not ship to China, Macao, and Taiwan. For purchases in Russia, visit our distribution partners website Authentica Love for more information here.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Ultraceuticals accepts payment by Paypal, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Afterpay. The name Ultraceuticals Pty Ltd will be recorded on your credit card statement.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Your order will be sent via Australia Post. When your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with a link that allows you to track your order via the Australia Post website. Please note, if Australia Post plan to delivery your order within one day of shipment, they may send you a text message as an update in the place of the tracking email.

ALLERGIC REACTIONS

It is always important to use products as directed on the label. In the unlikely case that your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction please stop using the product immediately and contact us to speak to one of our skin therapists. If our skin therapist identifies that the product purchased caused a skin reaction we will exchange the item for another product. Allergy returns must not be more than 20% used and must be reported within 14 days of purchase.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.

Faulty products

In the event that you receive a product that is in some way defective, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange a replacement or refund.

CHANGE OF MIND

Please note we cannot accept returns of Clearance items.
